CUSTOMERS NOT LOCATED IN THE UNITED STATES: If you want a tracking number and insurance, you must request "SHIP WITH TRACKING NUMBER" on the memo/ comment section when you place the order.

-For damaged or incorrect items, please email customerservice@11spot.com with pictures of the damage. We’ll check the picture and send you a new copy ASAP.

-All LPs are shipped sealed unless otherwise requested. To avoid minor seam splits entirely you must request for us to break the seal and ship vinyl outside the sleeve.

-If your package is returned, we will contact you. We will reship it for the same shipping fee.
